Technical Sales Representative (UK/Ireland)

We are looking for a results-driven Technical Sales Representative for our UK/Ireland activities.

To support our growth in the UK/Ireland region and to strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a Technical Sales Representative.

Our wishlist

As a Technical Sales Representative, you are responsible for communicating the benefits of our solutions in order to drive sales. You serve as the point of contact between us and our prospects or clients and are responsible to identify and educate prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to our solutions. 

  • You reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • You support our sales efforts technically in demoing our solutions during the sales process and give input on tender questions
  • You present, promote and sell our innovative solutions using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • You establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • You represent us at (inter)national conferences at our own booth or at the booth of our partners
  • You use your previous real-life knowledge of medical imaging in general, and of CT in specific, to speak the language of the customer to understand their needs and solve them with our solutions.
  • You do comprehensive internal management of customer feedback in close coordination with specialist departments (e.g. marketing, quality management, development, IT). You supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • You expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • You achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • You coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Having experience with imaging modalities (CT, MRI, DR, MG XA, …) and healthcare IT systems (ex. PACS, EMR, RIS, …) is a major plus
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productivebusiness professional relationships
  • You have an attitude to work as a team player, share knowledge and skills with the team and can consistently follow protocol and instructions
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in medical imaging and a clear clinical experience with medical imaging, in particular with CT devices
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects
  • You hold a Master or Bachelor degree in business or have a degree as radiographer combined with strong interest in Sales

You are a native English speaker and communicate fluently (other languages are always a great asset). You love to learn and improve.
